C9 Garage Demolition
This project consists of demolition and complete removal of a multi-level parking structure (known as structure C-9) for the City of St. Louis, Mo. 915 N 9th St, St. Louis, MO 63101
Early Utilities Package
This project will consist of cut, cap existing underground water, sewer, etc. and re-route as needed for the St. Louis CVC Expansion Project.
Project 1
Construction of Hall X and addition of new external truck docks.
This project will consist of an addition of 92,000 square feet of highly usable exhibit hall space, and the construction of 26 new loading docks and renovation of existing 12 docks that will all be enclosed to enhance access along Cole Street.
Project 2
Construction of New Ballroom, and West Entrance plaza.
This project will consist of a 61,000 square feet signature multi-purpose ballroom and meeting area with a 20,000 square feet pre-function event space, and an outdoor style plaza to serve as a new western entrance into the facility.
